An ideal Co-founder is someone who is passionate about products and sales and can help take the company from zero to one.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Roadmap: Translate market insights and user feedback into a clear, actionable product vision and long-term roadmap for the entire platform.
• Market & User Research: Continue to lead market validation, customer interviews, and user testing to ensure product-market fit.
• Go-to-Market Strategy Input: Provide product-led insights and features that support sales and marketing efforts.
• Lead Sales : Set up sales team, coordinate and communicate with customers and help converting leads to paying customers.
• Fundraising: Collaborate in pitching to investors, managing investor relations, and securing capital.

Preference will be given to:

• Someone with past entrepreneurial experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience or MBA from tier 1 colleges.
• Experience in corporate sales.
• Experience in HR Tech background
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product vision clearly.
