Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Executive (B2C) to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with individual clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the buying or investment journey in Dubai’s real estate market. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a dynamic, international business environment and contribute directly to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Identify and connect with potential buyers and investors through various channels including digital marketing leads, property exhibitions, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Client Engagement & Consultation
Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and investment goals.
Educate clients on Dubai real estate opportunities, property laws, and market trends.
Provide tailored recommendations to match client needs with available property options.
Sales & Negotiation
Present and promote properties effectively through virtual meetings, presentations, and site visit coordination.
Develop persuasive proposals and close sales by negotiating favorable terms with clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management
Build long-term trust with clients by providing continuous support before, during, and after the sales process.
Maintain regular communication to ensure high client satisfaction and referrals.
Market Knowledge & Reporting
Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, competitive developments, and pricing dynamics.
Share client insights and feedback with the management team to refine offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate, property consulting, or high-value product sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with international clients.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities efficiently.
