Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute on-site sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and convert high-potential leads through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Supervise and mentor the on-site sales team, ensuring team performance and growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery.
  • Conduct product demos and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Maintain and report on sales metrics and forecasts to the leadership team.


Qualifications


  • Minimum

    2+ years of experience

    in sales, preferably in IT/software solutions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Expertise in CRM tools and reporting systems.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site with a dynamic team.
