Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with international clients, drive lead generation, and contribute to strategic business initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and technical teams to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and help close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients for IT services and product engineering solutions.
  • Drive lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct introductory calls, product/service presentations, and coordinate with technical teams for detailed proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted digital campaigns to boost lead acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities in CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Provide market feedback to the leadership team to refine service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, international business development, or inside sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable with structured outreach involving approximately 70-80 outbound calls/day.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and email automation tools.
  • Strong research skills for lead profiling and market mapping.
