Job Title: Business Development Executive – Intern Stipend: ₹5,000/month K Location: Indore Duration: 3 Month Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Intern to support our outreach initiatives through college visits, job fair participation , and on-ground campaign execution . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, networking, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: Represent the company at college campuses and career fairs to promote our brand and offerings Coordinate and manage on-site campaigns , including logistics, setup, and lead collection Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells and student communities Assist in planning and executing marketing and outreach strategies Maintain detailed reports of visits, leads, and outcomes Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and goals Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel and engage in field activities Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about brand promotion Prior experience in event coordination or campus ambassador roles is a plus Perks: Certificate of Internship Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Opportunity for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) Travel allowance (if applicable) Real-world exposure to business development and campaign execution Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹8,540.43 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: Direct sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
