Job Title: Business Development Executive – Intern

Stipend: ₹5,000/month K

Duration: 3 Month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Intern to support our outreach initiatives through college visits, job fair participation, and on-ground campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, networking, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at college campuses and career fairs to promote our brand and offerings
• Coordinate and manage on-site campaigns, including logistics, setup, and lead collection
• Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells and student communities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and outreach strategies
• Maintain detailed reports of visits, leads, and outcomes
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and goals

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and engage in field activities
• Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about brand promotion
• Prior experience in event coordination or campus ambassador roles is a plus
