Business Development Executive Intern

You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting franchise partners who align with delivering world-class design education at Indian Institute of Fashion & Design (IIFD). Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential franchise partners through research, networking, and lead generation. - Reaching out to prospects via calls, meetings, and presentations to explain IIFDs franchise model. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees. - Guiding prospects through the evaluation, negotiation, and signing process. - Working closely with management to align expansion strategies with business goals. - Maintaining accurate records of leads, proposals, and franchise deals. - Supporting franchise partners during the setup stage and acting as a point of contact for their queries. - Achieving monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel expansion (education or service industry preferred). - Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. - Ability to travel as required to meet potential partners. - Goal-oriented mindset with proven negotiation skills. - Familiarity with Excel and MS Office.
