Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employment Relationship Officer

    :
    • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector (Yacht, Cruises, Hotels, Villa, etc.).
    • Develop strategies for targeting potential clients, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
    • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
  2. Sales Execution

    :
    • Execute sales activities (cold calling, networking, and direct client meetings) to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, clearly articulating the benefits and value proposition of our solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
  3. Client Relationship Management

    :
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure the delivery of superior service.
    • Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
    • Foster partnerships with industry stakeholders to promote the companys offering.
  4. Market Research

    :
    • Conduct thorough research to understand the latest trends and developments in the hospitality sector.
    • Gather competitor intelligence and market insights to improve the company's positioning and refine sales strategies.
  5. Reporting & Analysis

    :
    • Prepare regular sales reports detailing performance against KPIs and business targets.
    • Analyse sales metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience

    : Freshers
  • Skills

    :
    • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and its business dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and work with diverse clients.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
