Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

support the Business Development team

1. Client Field Visits & Outreach

  • Conduct

    pre-scheduled field visits

    to prospective client offices (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Leaders) in target cities across India.
  • Present the company's staffing solutions

    and service offerings tailored to the client's industry and needs.
  • Act as the

    first point of contact

    for new client introductions, representing the company professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Coordinate logistics

    for travel and client meetings, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

2. Market Research & Data Gathering

  • Identify decision-makers

    and key contacts within the target ICP during field visits.
  • Gather market intelligence

    on client hiring needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Document and update the CRM

    (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and timely details of all client interactions, meeting outcomes, and follow-up requirements.

3. Reporting & Follow-up

  • Prepare

    detailed daily and weekly reports

    summarizing field activities, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
  • Assist the senior sales team with

    post-meeting follow-ups

    , including sending introductory emails, service brochures, and scheduling the next meeting.
  • Provide feedback

    from the field to the marketing and business development teams to refine the ICP and service offerings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for motivated, independent, and professional individuals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales and client relations in the staffing industry.

Education & Experience

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a

    Bachelor's or Master's degree

    in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Sales, Marketing, or Human Resources.
  • Prior experience (even through college projects, internships, or volunteer work) in

    sales, client interaction, or public speaking

    is a strong advantage.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent Communication:

    Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional Indian languages is a plus), with strong verbal and presentation skills.
  • Professional & Presentable:

    Ability to maintain a polished, professional demeanor suitable for client-facing B2B interactions.
  • Highly Motivated & Independent:

    Capable of working effectively with minimal supervision and driven by targets and results.
  • Willingness to Travel:

    Must be comfortable with

    extensive and frequent domestic travel

    on short notice to client locations across India.
  • Tech Savvy:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning and using CRM software.
