Role Overview

Business Development Executive – Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partner businesses, client segments, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding gig-workers, ensuring verification and quality standards are maintained.
• Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and direct outreach to expand the network of workers and brands.
• Support relationship management with existing partners to maximize engagement and retention.
• Collect feedback from workers and partners to help improve the platform experience.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress in CRM or other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in 

  Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, partnerships, and marketplace growth.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and lead-generation tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
