Business Development Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development / Client Acquisition
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

We are a trusted Tally Certified Partner with 12+ years of experience and 1800+ clients across India and overseas. We specialize in Tally software sales, implementation, customization, migration, corporate training, online/onsite support, AMC, and business integration services. We are seeking a dynamic & skilled Business Development Executive who will beidentifying new business opportunities, driving sales of Tally products and services, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role requires strong communication, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Handle client queries, follow-ups, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and service delivery.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on invoices and payments.
  • Work closely with technical teams for product demonstrations and clarifications.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, and deliver product demos to prospective clients.
  • Promote Tally software sales, AMC services, and related solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Skills :

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Tally (added advantage but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
