Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and onboard

    new B2B clients

    (enterprises, data centers, IT firms, government, ISPs) for

    Networking hardware

    solutions.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware products (routers, switches, firewalls, IP phones, etc.).
  • Conduct sales meetings, client presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team for pricing, inventory, and delivery support.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and regular follow-ups with prospects.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and virtual meetings to build brand presence and network.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly

    sales targets

    and KPIs.


Candidate Requirements:


  • 3–8 years of proven

    B2B sales experience

    in IT/Network Hardware, preferably with

    Cisco, Juniper and Other OEM products

    .
  • Strong market knowledge and existing contacts in the

    Indian enterprise/SMB/IT sector

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with Cisco and other OEM certifications, SKUs, and licensing structures (preferred).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
