Job Title: Business Development Executive – Hardware Sales ( Global ) Location: India Company: SGS Telekom Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: 3–8 Years Industry: IT Hardware / Networking / Telecom About SGS Telekom: SGS Telekom is a global leader in telecom and ICT solutions, with presence across North America, Europe, and Asia. As part of our India expansion strategy, we are actively seeking a results-driven sales professional to spearhead customer acquisition and drive networking hardware sales across the global enterprise market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new B2B clients (enterprises, data centers, IT firms, government, ISPs) for Networking hardware solutions. Build a robust pipeline of potential leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware products (routers, switches, firewalls, IP phones, etc.). Conduct sales meetings, client presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Collaborate with the procurement team for pricing, inventory, and delivery support. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and regular follow-ups with prospects. Attend trade shows, industry events, and virtual meetings to build brand presence and network. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Candidate Requirements: 3–8 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT/Network Hardware, preferably with Cisco, Juniper and Other OEM products . Strong market knowledge and existing contacts in the Indian enterprise/SMB/IT sector . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with Cisco and other OEM certifications, SKUs, and licensing structures (preferred). Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
