Job Description

  • 2–5 years of international B2B sales experience in IT services, Salesforce, or SaaS.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and expand business across USA & Canada.
  • Identify, pitch, and close new clients for Salesforce consulting and AI solutions.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and business platforms (e.g., Upwork).
  • Lead discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close high-value consulting deals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
  • Build and manage a junior SDR team in future phases.
  • Report key metrics, pipeline status, and insights to leadership.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipelines.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, AI, and automation solutions.
  • Skilled in proposal creation, pitch decks, and sales reporting.
