Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our EV Education division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships with institutions, and promoting our EV training programs to educational institutes, government bodies, and private organizations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to promote EV (Electric Vehicle) education and skill development programs. Identify and connect with schools, colleges, ITIs, training centers, and government bodies for partnerships and program implementation. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition in the EV training sector. Create compelling proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients and partners. Handle end-to-end client relationship management – from lead generation to onboarding and follow-up. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, webinars, and workshops. Ensure revenue growth through student enrollments, corporate tie-ups, and government collaborations. Stay updated on the latest trends and policies in the EV industry and education sector. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management – preferably in the education or EV sector. Strong network in the education industry (colleges, ITIs, training institutes). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the Electric Vehicle industry and its growing role in India. Experience in handling government skill development projects or CSR education initiatives. Understanding of NSDC/AICTE/Skill India/EV-related certifications and programs.
