Job Description

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience

    : Minimum of 5+ Yrs. of industrial sales experience.
  • Industry Knowledge

    : In-depth understanding of the industrial sector, mainly Electrical, Automation, Wire harness, Electrical Panels, Automotive, Electrical transmission, Energy management, Electrical-Wires & Cables
  • B2B Sales Expertise

    : Proven track record of successfully managing direct B2B sales with high-value industrial clients.
  • Leadership Skills

    : Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a nationwide sales team.
  • Technical Expertise

    : Familiarity with industrial products, machinery, and solutions, with the ability to engage in technical sales discussions.
  • Communication

    : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging both B2B clients and dealer partners.
  • Analytical Skills

    : Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Travel

    : Willingness to travel .

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive

    • The strategy should be aligned with the MAX Japan strategy to position MAX as the market leader in the Ferrule printer category in India.
    • Ensure achievement of sales targets for both revenue and profitability.
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industrial customer needs to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
    • Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract management to close high-value deals with both direct clients or distributors.
    • Identify and target large industrial customers across sectors such as Electrical-Panels, Wire harness, Automation, Energy transmission & Management etc.
    • Maintain interface with Electrical OEMs as well as end users.
    • Monitor sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and budget control.
    • Ensure timely reporting of sales data, market insights, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient after-sales service.
    • Work with the marketing team to create industry-specific campaigns, product promotions, and events to drive customer engagement.
