Role & responsibilities Drive sales growth for printers and related solutions within the assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and training , ensuring high-quality post-sales support. Monitor market trends and collect actionable insights on competitor activities. Consistently achieve or exceed defined Sales targets and performance benchmarks. Ensure timely reporting of sales data, market insights, and performance metrics to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Education : Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred. Experience : At least 3+ years in a sales management role. Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the Packaging Industries , industrial sector mainly Electrical, Automation, Inkjet industries, Electrical transmission. B2B Sales Expertise : Proven track record of successfully managing direct B2B sales with high-value industrial clients. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a nationwide sales team. Technical Expertise : Familiarity with industrial products, machinery, and solutions, with the ability to engage in technical sales discussions. Communication : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Travel : Willingness to travel .
