Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive for our Field Sales team. This role involves direct interaction with industrial clients across Maharashtra for the promotion and sale of industrial maintenance chemicals, lubricants, greases, and related products.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and target prospective industrial clients for chemical and lubricant solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customersConduct product demonstrations and deliver effective sales presentationsUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutionsNegotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales dealsProvide technical support to clients regarding product usage and applicationTravel extensively across Maharashtra for field sales activitiesPrepare and submit regular reports on sales pipeline, customer feedback, and market insightsCandidate Requirements:Minimum 12 years of B2B industrial sales experiencePrior experience in lubricants, industrial chemicals, or maintenance solutions is preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsTechnical understanding of product applications in industrial environmentsSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learnerWillingness to travel extensivelyPerks & Benefits:Performance-based incentivesStructured training and growth opportunitiesChance to work with a reputed industrial brandField autonomy with team support
