Business Development Executive – Field Sales

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to expand our client base and promote our certification and audit services. The role involves meeting clients in person, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for certification and audit services.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Handle client inquiries, prepare and present quotations/proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records, visit reports, and sales documentation.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in field sales/business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in certification/audit/ISO industry will be an advantage.
