Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying UK/EU clients, understanding their hiring and project needs, and positioning Eraya recruitment and outsourcing solutions. This role requires excellent communication, market research skills, and the ability to explain our value proposition clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in

    engineering, energy, construction, IT, and technical sectors

    across the UK/EU markets.
  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking platforms, and industry databases.
  • Pitch

    Eraya recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing services

    to decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Project Leads).
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver profiles accordingly.
  • Maintain CRM, track pipelines, and follow up consistently for closures.
  • Support proposal creation, agreements, and onboarding processes for new clients.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    business development, recruitment sales, or international client outreach

    (freshers with excellent communication can apply).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal + written).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and lead-generation techniques.
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and client requirements.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with UK shift timings.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment, staffing, or B2B service sales is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
