Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing lead generation efforts, building strong client relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. Key tasks include conducting market research, developing strategies to expand business, delivering presentations to potential clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves achieving sales targets and promoting Dynamics Square's enterprise solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong expertise in Business Strategy and understanding market trends
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to present complex solutions effectively
• Experience in Account Management, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
