Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
• Identify and explore new B2B lead generation channels to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering customised solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling business proposals and sales presentations.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for new service offerings, including value propositions and branding initiatives.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
• Manage and optimise social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and provide insights into domestic and international market trends to support business strategy.
• Lead contract negotiations while ensuring adherence to regional sales standards.
• Track, analyse, and report sales performance metrics through daily and weekly reports, identifying improvement areas.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the company database.
• Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain professional discipline during office hours without engaging in non-work-related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or digital marketing sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong sales acumen with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for business development.
• Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and adapt to evolving business requirements.
