You will be responsible for leading the business growth efforts in the digital marketing sector at REDVision Technologies. Your role as a Business Development Executive will involve developing and executing strategies to expand the client base, build strong relationships, and drive revenue through innovative digital marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients within the target market through various channels such as cold-calling, networking events, email campaigns, and social media. - Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients" digital marketing requirements and propose suitable solutions to address their challenges. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the company's digital marketing services effectively. - Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to ensure win-win outcomes and work towards meeting sales targets. - Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop effective business strategies and marketing plans. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. - Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies in digital marketing to offer innovative solutions to clients. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in CRM software and provide regular reports to the management. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a relevant Master's degree is a plus). - Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in the digital marketing industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a self-driven and goal-oriented attitude. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies.,
