Key Responsibilities · Lead project execution across clients and practice teams · Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Display, and Shopping Ads . · Manage and optimize campaigns across other channels such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms . · Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to ensure maximum ROI. · Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed performance reports. · Managing campaign budgets & optimise the ROI · Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing strategies . · Implement conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience-building strategies. · Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. · Ensure campaigns meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.) and align with client objectives. Develop higher-level client communication and account strategy, including account launch strategy, long-term campaign management, and growth/scaling strategy Prepare pitches/reports for the sales team Develop forecasting reports for prospective clients and show them ROI. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven business development executive with strong tele calling and lead generation skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling assigned leads, generating new prospects, qualifying them, and converting interested clients for SEO, digital marketing, website development, and design services. A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is essential. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and assigned leads, understand client requirements, and pitch appropriate digital marketing/SEO/website solutions. Conduct outbound tele calling to prospective leads and build a strong client pipeline. Qualify leads by identifying their business needs, budget, and timelines. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture and convert them into opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
