Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE)

specializing in

Business Development (BD)

to focus exclusively on

lead conversion

for our

SEO and PPC services

. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in nurturing and converting leads generated by the marketing and junior sales teams into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of lead conversion from initial contact to closing deals for SEO and PPC services.
Engage with prospective clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings to understand their marketing needs.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and service offerings aligned with client objectives.
Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure alignment of client expectations and project feasibility.
Manage the sales pipeline effectively, maintaining accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
Follow up persistently with warm leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Negotiate contracts and terms while ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
Provide insights and feedback to marketing and junior sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in lead conversion and sales within the digital marketing domain, particularly SEO and PPC services.
Strong understanding of SEO and PPC concepts, campaign structures, and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA).
Proficiency in client communication, proposal development, and negotiation.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) for pipeline management.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple client interactions professionally.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B. Com, etc.).
Certification or training in digital/email marketing is a plus.
