Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and results-driven business development executive with strong tele calling and lead generation skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling assigned leads, generating new prospects, qualifying them, and converting interested clients for SEO, digital marketing, website development, and design services. A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is essential.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and assigned leads, understand client requirements, and pitch appropriate digital marketing/SEO/website solutions.


  • Conduct outbound tele calling to prospective leads and build a strong client pipeline.


  • Qualify leads by identifying their business needs, budget, and timelines.


  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture and convert them into opportunities.


  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.


  • Explain service offerings such as

    SEO, website development, design, social media marketing, and PPC

    to clients in a simplified manner.


  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, calls, and follow-ups in Excel and CRM.


  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead conversion and client acquisition.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in pre-sales, business development, telecalling, or lead generation (preferably in digital marketing/IT services).


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Experience working with US clients or markets is preferred


  • Ability to explain digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, website design & development) in simple terms.


  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.


  • Strong experience with email marketing campaigns and cold calling techniques.


  • Ability to convert cold leads into warm leads with strong communication and persuasion skills.


  • Basic knowledge of

    CRM tools, Excel, and lead tracking

    is a plus.


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree.
