About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing and web solutions company helping brands scale their online presence through data-driven strategies. We are looking for a Google Ads & Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead project execution across clients and practice teams

·       Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to ensure maximum ROI.

·       Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed performance reports.

·       Managing campaign budgets & optimise the ROI

.

·       Implement conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience-building strategies.

·       Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

·       Ensure campaigns meet performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.) and align with client objectives.

  • Develop higher-level client communication and account strategy, including account launch strategy, long-term campaign management, and growth/scaling strategy
  • Prepare pitches/reports for the sales team
  • Develop forecasting reports for prospective clients and show them ROI.
Requirements

·       Proven experience in managing Google Ads & Paid Media campaigns with a strong ROI track record.

·       Solid knowledge of PPC, SEM, Display, Video, and Remarketing strategies.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

·       Experience with budget management, bidding strategies, and scaling campaigns.

·       Excellent communication and project management skills.

·       Knowledge of SEO and overall digital marketing ecosystem is desirable.
