Business Development Executive
to connect prospective students with the support they need. You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, turning interest into action and building meaningful relationships that directly support our mission to reshape education at scale. You won’t just be managing leads; you’ll be guiding students through their first steps at Contour, acting as the bridge between them and our academic teams, and ensuring they feel informed, confident, and excited to learn.

What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for initiating and managing communications with prospective students, guiding them through the registration funnel, and playing a key role in expanding Contour’s reach and impact. That means:
- Acting as the first point of contact for prospective students with prompt, professional, and helpful responses
- Managing consistent communication with leads to build trust and demonstrate value
- Building strong, ongoing relationships to support prospects throughout their decision-making process
- Guiding leads to take action, from trial class registration to completing pre-enrolment steps
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth student handoffs and a seamless experience
- Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks, including sales performance tracking, monitoring student experience performance, and managing data.
- Working across student operations, billing, and service functions to ensure a seamless student experience
- Communicating the benefits of Contour’s products and services to drive awareness and engagement
- Asking thoughtful questions, actively listening, and leading high-value conversations with students
