Role & responsibilities

B2B Tech Sales experience, IT services, and Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales executives.

• CRM Management:

  Use CRM tools to track leads, activities, and opportunities.

• Sales Strategy:

  Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Business Development:

  Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.

• Lead Management:

  Drive lead generation and qualification efforts to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.

• Collaboration:

  Work with marketing and technical teams to support sales initiatives.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Training & Reviews:

  Conduct training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.

• Client Handling:

  Manage client meetings, negotiations, and closures when required.
