Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales executives. Use CRM tools to track leads, activities, and opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships. Lead generation and qualification efforts to ensure a healthy sales pipeline. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support sales initiatives. Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Conduct regular training/meeting sessions and performance reviews for sales team members. Handle client meetings, negotiations, and closures where required. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role. Strong understanding of IT services and software development life cycle. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient in using Zoho CRM software. Manage and update client and lead information using Zoho CRM . Generate and analyze reports from Zoho CRM to monitor sales performance. Proficiency in Zoho CRM for lead management, tracking, and reporting, and tracking sales activities. Hands-on experience using Zoho CRM to manage sales pipelines and client communications.
