Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad. The executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing and implementing business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential clients, creating proposals, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions, and negotiating contracts.


Qualification:

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent Communication and Account Management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the IT or digital marketing industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, online platforms, etc.)
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with potential leads to qualify their interest and business potential.
  • Schedule and attend meetings (virtual or in-person) with leads to present company offerings.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions that align with our services/products.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective pitching and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database regularly with lead status and communication logs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Continuously improve sales strategies and contribute ideas for company growth.
