Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our team to lead business development initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management, with hands-on experience in CRM tools and outbound outreach strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn and other industry sources
  • Manage Dripify campaigns, build prospect lists, and monitor outreach performance
  • Schedule and conduct follow-ups to drive qualified leads and conversions
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools like Pipedrive and HubSpot
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention
  • Deliver regular performance updates and address client queries promptly
  • Support upselling and account expansion opportunities
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and pitches
