Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Kalyan. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to meet business goals. They will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensuring targets are met and strategies are effectively implemented is a key function of this role.

• Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Client Acquisition
• Strong skills in Relationship Management and Customer Engagement
• Ability to analyze Market Trends and create effective strategies
• Proficient Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Experience with CRM tools and Business Analytics is a plus
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
