About the Role

The Supply Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our property supply base by identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with developers, landlords, and property owners. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic professional looking to grow within the real estate and business development space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, Scout and list available land, apartments, and rental units on relevant platforms.
• Onboard developer projects and manage communication from inquiry to closure.
• Identify high-potential projects to acquire on mandate and drive supply growth.
• Build and manage a consistent supply lead pipeline to meet targets.
• Negotiate effectively with developers and property owners to secure favorable terms.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of leads and conversions for seamless tracking.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging markets, under-construction projects, and ready-to-move-in assets.
• Track competitor activities and industry trends to anticipate supply shifts.
• Foster long-term partnerships with developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–1 year of experience..
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with data tracking, lead management tools, and CRM platforms.
• Keen interest in the real estate supply landscape and emerging property trends.
