Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji for an Assistant Manager – Accounts. The Assistant Manager will oversee the organization’s financial transactions, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and prepare financial statements. The role includes managing budgets, supervising accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with internal teams to provide financial insights for decision-making and maintaining documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounts management, financial accounting, and account reconciliation
• Experience with tax regulations, compliance, and financial reporting standards
• Strong skills in bookkeeping, budgeting, and analysis
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools, alongside proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to time-sensitive and collaborative team environments
