Role Overview

We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth and onboard new salon and spa partners onto our platform. This role is strictly open for Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar-based candidates only. If you do not meet this criteria, your application will not be considered.

You will be the primary driver of revenue, responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to closing deals and managing initial partner relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads for salon and spa onboarding in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations (in-person and virtual) to showcase the value and features of the Trakky.in platform.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing partner businesses.
  • Collaborate internally with the tech and product teams to relay partner feedback and contribute to product enhancement.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and meticulously track all sales activities and progress using a CRM system.
  • Represent Trakky.in professionally at industry events and networking functions.
  • Understand and communicate market trends, competition, and customer needs to the management team.

Strict Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2.5–3 years of professional experience in Business Development or Sales (B2B experience preferred).
  • Must be a resident of Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar – candidates from other locations will be rejected without review.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi.
  • A go-getter attitude with a strong drive for results.
  • Must be willing to travel locally within Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar for client meetings.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in the local services, SaaS, or tech platform industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive sales strategy.
