Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Sales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Telecalling Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching the company's products and services, and converting leads into sales. The role involves maintaining customer records, handling inquiries, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The Telecalling Sales Executive will also need to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads
• Customer service skills
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and CRM software navigation
• Goal-oriented and target-driven
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages is an advantage
