Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, delivering product presentations, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Position Details

· Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

· Location: Noida, Sector 142

· Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

· Experience: Minimum 1 year

· Industry Preference: SaaS / B2B Technology / Maritime

· Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B SaaS and maritime technology

· Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry databases

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients

· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions

· Follow up on leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals

· Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and sales trackers

· Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success teams

· Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or related domains

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Experience in lead generation and client handling

· Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
