Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Services & SaaS)

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Founder & CEO – Sutra Analytics

Job Objective

We’re looking for a proactive and growth-driven Business Development Executive who can take ownership of lead generation, client engagement, and deal closing across our service offerings:

  • Web Design & Web Development
  • Automations using Google Sheets/Excel/Python & Other tools
  • Third party softwares & API Integrations
  • Data Analytics
  • SaaS

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify B2B leads in niches like eCommerce, real estate, hospitality, agencies.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io and cold email platforms.
  • Run outreach campaigns via Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Loom videos.

2. Sales & Client Communication

  • Handle leads from platforms like LinkedIn, and website & Others
  • Write tailored proposals based on automation or integration use cases.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with prospects.

3. Packaging & Closing

  • Understand client problems and offer matching productized service bundles.
  • Coordinate scope, pricing, and timelines.
  • Assist in onboarding and handoff to the delivery team.

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM/sales pipeline.
  • Share weekly updates on outreach, responses, demos, and closures.
  • Gather market insights to improve services and pitches.

Must-Have Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Excellent English (written + spoken).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach tools.
  • Exposure to automation, SaaS tools, Google Sheets, or dashboards is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

  • Education: Any graduate (IT, Marketing, or Business preferred).
  • Digital Awareness: Understands, LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools.
  • Writing Skills: Can write personalized messages, proposals, case studies.
  • Attitude: Hustler mindset, positive energy, persistent.
  • Culture Fit: Ownership-driven, transparent, fast learner.

Compensation

  • ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
  • Lucrative incentive structure – No cap on earnings
