Job Title: Business Development Executive (EdTech, Franchise Sales & Onboarding)

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by managing franchise sales and the onboarding of new franchise partners. You’ll identify potential markets, develop strategies to attract new partners, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience to promote long-term success. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships, an understanding of the EdTech landscape, and knowledge of franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Development:
  • Identify and reach out to potential franchise partners, conducting market research to locate promising regions for expansion.
  • Create and execute strategies to attract, pitch, and secure franchise deals.
  • Guide potential franchisees through the sales process, from initial outreach to agreement closure.
  • Onboarding and Training:
  • Develop onboarding processes that ensure new franchise partners are set up for success from day one.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training sessions to educate partners on our products, systems, and sales processes.
  • Act as the primary contact during the onboarding phase to answer questions and address concerns.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with franchise partners to foster a supportive network.
  • Schedule regular check-ins with franchisees to provide guidance, address concerns, and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Sales and Marketing Support:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to attract franchise partners.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and other networking opportunities to promote our brand and offerings.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback to senior management on franchise performance and potential areas of growth.
  • Analyze sales and franchise performance data to identify improvement opportunities and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, franchise sales, or a related role, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
  • Knowledge of franchise operations, agreements, and business model structuring.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies, pitch business ideas, and close deals.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and familiarity with EdTech platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in an EdTech or educational service-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and challenges in the EdTech and education franchising sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
