Support in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding processes. Help maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities. Handle general HR administrative tasks under the guidance of senior HR personnel. Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to commit to the full tenure of the internship (3 months) and adhere to office timings.
