Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our B2B sales team. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, customer meetings, scheduling product demos, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, persuasive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Cold Calling: Identify potential clients through research, databases, and market mapping; conduct cold calls to introduce products/services. Lead Generation: Build and qualify a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns. Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct product demos, presentations, and meetings with decision-makers. Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and recommend the right solutions tailored to their business needs. Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts. Reporting: Maintain CRM records, prepare weekly reports, and share updates on pipeline, conversions, and revenue. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development (preferably in hospitality, real estate industry – e.g., luxury products, corporate gifting, etc.) Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales closures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with managers, and decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales/regular client visits. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Odoo)
