Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to promote and sell our Tally, ERP, and SAP B1 solutions. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our enterprise software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for Tally, ERP, and SAP B1 products through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, webinars, and other promotional events.

Requirements / Candidate Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven interest or experience in software sales, especially ERP, Tally, or SAP B1 products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to understand client business processes and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and business processes is a plus.
  • Comfortable with B2B sales and handling client objections professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
