With a focus on quality, timely execution, and transparent communication, we have built lasting relationships with clients and architects across the state.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and architects.
This role requires a strong local network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for field sales in the construction industry. You will play a key role in expanding Glenearth’s presence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce Glenearth Constructions to architects and potential clients.
  • Manage company-provided leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Identify potential markets and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent client engagement throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for order follow-ups and delivery.
  • Submit daily sales reports and architect feedback to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in construction, real estate, or related sectors).
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good written skills for preparing proposals, emails, and reports.
  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler license (own vehicle preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
