Procurement Engineer

As a Procurement Engineer-Civil, your role will involve collaborating with other managers to determine supply needs. You will be responsible for purchasing supplies and materials according to specifications, as well as coordinating and supervising receiving and warehousing procedures. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the distribution of supplies in the organization, controlling inventory levels, and ensuring the availability of material during emergencies. Additionally, you will be supervising, evaluating, and coaching subordinates, maintaining relationships, and negotiating with suppliers. It will be crucial for you to keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications, etc., and assist in forecasting to plan future orders.
