The role involves managing the roll-forming equipment, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with design and quality teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Key Responsibilities Production Management: Plan, schedule, and supervise LGS production activities to meet project deadlines. Monitor production efficiency, output quality, and machine performance. Ensure raw material availability and proper usage during production. Equipment Handling: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot roll-forming machines and related equipment. Collaborate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance. Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards. Identify and resolve quality issues during production processes. Work closely with the quality control team to implement quality improvements. Proficiency in using roll-forming equipment and CAD software. Strong understanding of steel grades, properties, and fabrication techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant quality frameworks is a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Production output vs. target.
