Job Description

We're looking forward to #hiring talented # BIM Modeler to join our Creative & Innovative # vdc team! Position Name - BIM Modeler Qualifications: Diploma/ Bachelor in Engineering Work Experience: 3 to 5 years (Working on #USProjects will we added advantage) Work Time- Full Time: 2 PM to 11 PM (IST) Job Requirements: 1. Should have solid work experience on creating the construction drawing set for US projects 2. Should have working experience on creating the Building/Planning Approval sets 3. Should have good knowledge on coordinating with cross functional teams such as structural 4. Should have sound knowledge with Revit 5. Should have solid knowledge on creating the Parametric models and families 6. Prepare / model Site Utility Layouts. 7. 3D Coordination and clash resolution with Architecture and structure. 8. Carry out other relevant duties as may be assigned from time to time by supervisor/management. 9. Good Communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation skills, learning attitude, good grasping power. 10. Must have experience working on Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks. 11.
