Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM applications, with the ability to create plans, sections,

elevations, sheets, and schedules.

Strong knowledge of family creation (system families, nested families, adaptive families);

advanced family creation is an added advantage.

Experience in view templates, documentation workflows, annotations, tagging, dimensions,

and keynotes.

Skilled in sheet creation, view editing, and material scheduling (quantity take-offs).
Knowledge of linking and importing Revit and CAD files for coordination.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Familiarity with central file management and worksets for collaborative project delivery.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and in team-oriented environments.
• Expected to support project execution teams and technical managers, with flexibility to take on
additional responsibilities as required.

Design & Construction Understanding

Good grasp of construction sequences and modeling activities.
Prior experience in architectural modeling and documentation is required. • Background in interior fit-out projects will be considered an advantage

Flexibility & Mobility

Comfortable working on both 2D and 3D platforms, depending on project requirements. • Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites as needed.
