Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit Architecture / Revit MEP
Perform clash detection, quantity take-offs, and project documentation
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to resolve design and modeling issues
Ensure adherence to BIM standards, templates, and workflows
Provide guidance and support to trainee engineers and junior modelers

Required Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or related fields
Proven experience (1-3 years) as a BIM Modeler / BIM Engineer in Architecture, MEP, or Structural disciplines
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture or MEP mandatory)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools (an added advantage)
Scan to BIM experience will be considered a strong added advantage
Understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and BIM coordination practices
