Experience in clean water and wastewater treatment works design, including pumped and gravity hydraulic design, plant layout, and a working knowledge of interdisciplinary requirements. Ability to lead the development of all engineering aspects within a 3D model environment and oversee preparation of general arrangements and layouts. Ability to monitor, record, quantify change, and assist in risk management. Knowledge of water/wastewater process design, key components, testing and commissioning practices, procurement and construction processes, relevant codes and practices, including UK health and safety legislation (CDM), planning processes, and document control. Delivery-driven, able to work with minimal supervision, set targets, manage, and lead a growing engineering team to deliver all aspects of engineering—from outline and detailed design to integration and acceptance of third-party designs and provision of construction support.
