Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator / Construction Cost Analyst with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in cost estimation and change order management, ensuring accurate assessments of costs and effective integration of changes into project budgets. This position will focus primarily on estimating costs and managing change orders, with a particular emphasis on overall budget variations due to scope or design changes. Role & responsibilities Change Order Management: Take primary responsibility for managing and analyzing all change orders. Review the cost implications of changes to scope, schedule, and design, and develop updated cost estimates. Ensure all changes are accurately integrated into the project budget.Cost Estimating: Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost analysis for large-scale construction projects, including materials, equipment, and overhead etc. to be provided by client per unit of each category. Ensure it align with project specifications and scope.Cost Control for Change Orders: Monitor the financial impact of change orders throughout the project. Track and document the cost implications of changes.Collaboration with Project Teams & Our Client: Work closely with project managers & client to assess changes and update cost variations.
